Your Hotel Spa in the French Alps

Our boutique hotel in the French Alps, offers you its Spa with unlimited access, with Finnish sauna and hot tub open every afternoon from 15:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m., free access and without extra charge, for a moment of relaxation after returning from a walk. No need to book, the hot tub can accommodate up to 6 people, and the sauna as many. Don’t forget your swimsuits so you can enjoy the spa. We also lend some.

• The hot tub whose water is at a temperature of 37°, works in cycles of 10 minutes, which you can repeat several times.
• The Finnish sauna rises up to 90° temperature in dry heat. It is recommended to do 2 or 3 sessions of 5 to 10 minutes, with a lukewarm then cold shower between each session.
