Conditions for booking and canceling your stay

A 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay will be requested when booking. For stays of less than 3 nights, the amount of the 1st night will be requested.

In the event of cancellation by the customer, cancellation fees will be charged:

* more than 15 days from the start date of your stay: any fees
* within 15 days. preceding the start date of your stay: 30% of the amount of the stay, or the 1st night.

Cancellation conditions specific to All-Inclusive Stays

In the event of cancellation by the customer, cancellation fees will be charged:

* more than 30 days from the start date of your stay: any fees
* within 30 days. preceding the start date of your stay: 30% of the amount of the stay.

During the stay, interruption of the customer

In case of'premature termination of the stay, the entire stay will be retained. In the event that a person does not participate in all of the planned activities as part of an all-inclusive stay, the entire stay will be retained.

Cancellation by Chalet d’en Hô***

Any stay that the Chalet d'en Hô*** would be obliged to cancel before the start of the stay would result in the reimbursement of the sums paid by the customer, without the customer being able to claim any compensation.
