A sporting stay for the whole family
Are you looking for an active and sporting vacation? Welcome to the Hautes-Alpes, a paradise for outdoor activities!
For two or as a family (children: from 10 years old), you will enjoy an active, but gentle, vacation.
This complete stay includes hiking, mountain biking, white water sports and climbing. And it is from the magnificent Clarée valley, very close to Briançon, that your program will take place: climbing, hiking to the high altitude lakes in Clarée, rafting on the Durance, and mountain biking from Fontcouverte to Briançon to finish. like the Tour de France in the fortified Old Town.
You will also discover the magic of a night in a mountain refuge, and enjoy the view of the Meije and Ecrins glaciers.
This stay is intended to be sporty but the activities are adapted to everyone's level, from discovery level.

MULTI-ACTIVITIES FAMILY HOLIDAY PROGRAM:
Monday: Hiking in the Upper Clarée Valley
- To begin this stay, we offer you a hike, to get to know us better. Discovery of the lakes of the Upper Clarée Valley. We address several themes: orientation, fauna, flora, the glaciers of the Hautes-Alpes and history, with the Forts of Vauban.
- Picnic at lunchtime
- 4 to 6 hours of walking, 500 to 800 m of elevation gain.
Tuesday: Climbing and Rafting optional
- In the morning, during the climbing activity, you learn or review rope manipulations. Your guide helps you each individually according to your level.
- Picnic at lunchtime
- At the end of the afternoon, you have the opportunity to enjoy a good refreshment and a dose of sensations with 2 hours of whitewater rafting on La Durance (optional activity, to be reserved at registration 50 euros/adult and 45 euros/child).
Wednesday: mountain biking along the Clarée
- Let's go for a day of downhill mountain biking (with a few false flats and small climbs!) along the Clarée to Briançon, where we visit its old town, its gargoyle and its forts. Several stops allow the more experienced to try their hand at the “bumps and hollows” course.
- Picnic at lunchtime.
Thursday: Summer Biathlon and night at the Refuge du Chardonnet
- In Névache, we have ski instructors who are passionate about biathlon, and they will introduce you to this activity in the summer! Without skis and on grass. A fun atmosphere guaranteed on the shooting range like the champions.
- Picnic in the valley
- then you collect your backpack at the hotel to go up to the Chardonnet refuge in a magnificent cirque in the middle of the mountain pastures.
Friday: Hike in the Chardonnet valley
- Wake up and have breakfast at the refuge to go higher and see the glaciers or the ibexes up close, a beautiful walk at altitude. Descent to Névache and end of your stay around 16 p.m.
- Picnic at lunchtime.
VERY IMPORTANT : management reserves the right to modify the program whatever the cause (weather conditions, availability of activities, technical level of participants, etc.) in the interest of a better progress of your stay.

DETAILS OF THE MULTI-ACTIVITIES FAMILY HOLIDAY:
- 5 nights Full Board from Sunday to Friday: 4 nights at Chalet d’en Hô + 1 night (Thursday evening) at Refuge du Chardonnet
- 4,5 days of sports activities supervised by state-certified instructors
- le equipment
- the transfers in addition to personal cars
- Access to the Relaxation Area every afternoon from 15:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m. (except in the evening in the refuge)
- Bring an airtight box (Tupperware type) as well as cutlery and a cup for picnics.
To note, this stay does not include :
- the activity Optional rafting to be paid on site (around €50)
LEVEL
You must be in good physical shape and above all very motivated for all the activities which will be adapted to each person's level for Hiking and Climbing.
For mountain biking, have already done it or at least know how to ride a bike.
For Rafting, you must know how to swim at least 25m and be able to submerge yourself.
